I don’t provide Genesis support, nor do I provide any sort of hardware support. You should contact the seller who you bought your box from, they will be able to replace the remote if they need to.

There is no power going to my box I tried plugging and unplugging all cords. Not sure what else to do. It just won’t turn on.

it struggles to stream on genesis etc.
it streamed perfect on my laptop with kodi… but the wifi seems to be terribly slow on this unit.
also, can you plug in a usb wifireceiver or something to speed it up?
